Job Description:

Position Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the corrugated box manufacturing industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the packaging industry and excellent sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

 – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
 – Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Business Development:

 – Identify potential customers, initiate contact, and develop strong relationships.
 – Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Customer Relationship Management:

 – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
 – Understand customer needs and provide tailored packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
 – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications:
 – Proven 2 years of experience in sales in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
 – Strong understanding of the corrugated box manufacturing process and industry trends.
 – Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 – Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
 – Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
 – Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
 – Valid UAE Driving License.
